Air Ambulance Service
With over 10 years of experience in patient transport, BM Ambulance understands the challenges of travelling with medical conditions — especially over long distances. In addition to our specialist ground ambulance services, we now provide international air ambulance repatriation through our dedicated air division: SkyCare Repatriation.
Our Pilatus PC-12 NGX aircraft is based at London Biggin Hill Airport (EGKB/BQH). Most missions include patient repatriation between the UK and Europe, as well as internal UK transfers — but we can also fly further afield to reunite families with loved ones around the world.
SkyCare offers bed-to-bed repatriation flights, international commercial medical escort, and airside ambulance transfers from repatriation flights landing in the UK. We work closely with insurance companies, private clients, local health authorities, NHS trusts, and private hospitals.
SkyCare is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), upholding the highest standards of safety and patient-centred care. Our medical team includes experienced doctors, nurses, and paramedics qualified to support both critical and non-critical patients during air transport.
