Our base in Spain enables us to respond faster to British and European patients living or staying in Spain who need transfer by road ambulance and air. We offer repatriation services all over Europe from our repatriation ambulance base in Lomas de Cabo Roig, Orihuela Costa, Alicante, Spain.

We are able to transport patients to and from France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands – Holland, Poland, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Portugal, Switzerland, Gibraltar, Bulgaria, Austria, Hungary and Greece back to The United Kingdom or Ireland.

We also repatriate by road from our HQ in the UK with our base for air repatriation at Biggin Hill London, to fly patients to and from Europe and across the whole of Europe.

Welfare Check Service – Alicante Area

For those with loved ones living in the Alicante region, we offer a welfare check service to provide peace of mind when you are unable to be there yourself. Families can arrange for a qualified medic to visit a relative at home to assess their general well-being and identify any immediate medical concerns.

Our trained medics will carry out a comprehensive welfare check, ensuring the individual is safe and well. If necessary, they can:
✔ Call an ambulance in urgent situations.
✔ Advise on seeking medical attention, such as contacting a GP.
✔ Identify potential risks and provide general well-being assessments.

While we do not provide medical diagnoses or recommendations, our team ensures that the right next steps are taken if further care is needed.
